Hello and welcome!
I’m Julie, a Certified Public Bookkeeper with over 15 years of experience helping entrepreneurs bring clarity and confidence to their finances. I know firsthand how overwhelming it can feel to run a business while trying to stay on top of your numbers. Many founders start out managing everything themselves, but as their businesses grow, their financial needs become more complex.
I founded Ideal Bookkeeping & Financial Solutions to provide structured, dependable support that helps business owners feel informed, in control, and confident in their decisions.
Over the years, I’ve worked with businesses across multiple industries to clean up their books, improve financial systems, and deliver clear reporting that supports smarter growth.
📚 A Bit About My Background
I discovered my love for organization, numbers, and helping others early on. I graduated with High Honors in Bookkeeping from the College of Southern Nevada and went on to serve in corporate, small business, nonprofit, and public accounting environments. This diverse experience gave me a broad perspective on how businesses operate at different stages—and how strong financial systems support long-term growth.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked both independently and with CPA firms, supporting business owners and internal teams in maintaining accurate, tax-ready financial records. In these roles, I’ve helped improve workflows, strengthen financial processes, and support key operational functions, including cash flow management, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and internal job costing. This hands-on experience gave me deeper insight into the real challenges founders face behind the scenes, especially the pressure of making decisions without clear financial visibility.
Today, I continue working directly with service-based business owners, providing structured financial support that helps them transition from reactive bookkeeping to proactive financial clarity. My goal is to build systems that deliver confidence, stability, and long-term sustainability.
